The only butcher shop nearby offering carpaccio, I went there after work. Reasonable price of €5.60 for 10 slices. Very friendly staff, and clean butcher shop. I recommend ☺️
Catastrophic customer service, total lack of respect from the two employees present that day. Today, Sunday December 17, I asked for cold cuts for 3 people, the butcher shop is completely empty I am the only customer, I specify that I come from far away, the first employee leaves saying that he cannot not do it to me because he has to go pray, the second has nothing to do but refuses categorically because "you never know on Sunday we may have people" I tell him that I can wait a moment while he does it and even by the time his colleague returns from his break but he refuses, hiding behind so-called “orders from management”. Avoid this type of business that has no respect for customers and with whom, even when we try to be courteous and accommodating, we make no effort. Ashamed!!!
I finally found the butcher shop that met my expectations. A multiple choice of top quality products and above all a welcome and professionalism from the staff. Beautiful presentation of the products, with advice from enthusiasts.

Hygiene is already missing! It's like that in the butcher's shop that the owner is Arab and the windows are dirty. In short, I'm not saying that because they're Arab but all the butcher's shops that I visit were dirty! I'm a strange person too so don't take my order wrong! This is the truth so far. I bought meat, it wasn't very fresh, of course there are scams every day in Paris, but now I'm back from this butcher's shop. Once and it's the last!
The unmissable address in Val de Marne for fresh and delicious meats! The staff is so friendly that taking 20 minutes to get there is a pleasure. And their charcuterie is exceptional, homemade and very well mastered.

The Muslim clientele who come to spend their money there is not negligible, yet it is scandalous to note that the employees NEVER respond to the “salam” which is of capital importance and which is part of politeness. I think that employees only follow the directives of their superior who may have forbidden them to respond and only allows them to say “hello” and “goodbye” if this is the case I can assure you that many Muslims will no longer go to this butcher shop because I am not the only person to complain about it! It’s shameful we don’t want to spend our money with someone who is ashamed of our culture and our values, until when will Muslims have to hide to please non-Muslims?! Are they considered cockroaches?! Even within our “Muslim” butcher shops?! It's scandalous. Meat is “halal” but responding to salam is not? This raises questions regarding the “halality” of meat.
Do we spend our money with someone who doesn't like Muslims? Everything ends up being felt. Banning an Islamic greeting from its “Muslim” butchery hides very bad
considerations.
